Empowering Children Through Education
Children Across America is committed to organizing educational programs for kids with the support of our sponsors and partners. Our motto? A child who reads becomes an adult who thinks. We support kids in grades K-5 as they develop reading and math skills through free programs held throughout the year that are enjoyable and interactive. Kids will want to read more, even outside of school, and math programs help kids discover the use of numbers in everyday life.
Building Leaders And Mentors
Our team at Children Across America trains high school students in its programs and activities. In turn, these students act as mentors for their younger counterparts. These high schoolers co-host the Saturday STEM Club and Summer STREAM Club activities where they interact with elementary school students and carry out our mission to empower and improve. Not only do the mentors have fun teaching, but they also learn about mentoring and leadership. These skills will be applied in college and at work as they go on to further success.
